Terms & Conditions:

1. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book a slot with Soiree Bliss SG (SB). Balance payment shall be made two weeks before the delivery date (the day gifts are handed over to us).

2. Separately, a compulsory $100.00 refundable security deposit is required. This is to ensure that our trays and decor pieces (including flowers and brooches) are returned back to us in the same condition as they were when handed to our Clients. The $100.00 security deposit shall be made together with the balance payment.

3. Our Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for our gift trays and decor pieces. Any damage caused to the gift trays and decor pieces will result in the forfeit of a portion or the full amount of the security deposit.

4. Choice of decor selected are to be confirmed 2 months before the event date. In the event where the client requests for a change after having given a confirmation, a penalty of $50.00 will be imposed.

5. Changes of event dates are allowed after booking has been made without any additional charges, subject to availability.

6. Gifts are to be sent to our address at 510571 two weeks before the event date.

7. Gift trays will be delivered the day before the event. Night delivery is available at an additional fee of $10 per location.

8. Gift trays (including all decor items) will be collected from one preferred address within 2 days after the event.
